What's a chullo??? It is one of the warmest, softest things you can put on your head. Many say it originated in the Andean mountains where it protects the people who live there from the incredible cold. It is made of alpaca fiber and often has charactors knitted into the pattern that have cultural significance.
Our Chullos are hand-knit by amazing women in small villages outside of Arequipa, Peru. These women are a part of a group called the Chaska Collective, which provides a safe space for women to work and make money. You can be sure that a lot of love goes into each of our Chullos!
