Returns & Exchanges

Hello!  We want you to love your Campo gear and if it's not working for you that's OK.  To generate a return or an exchange visit your Customer Account Here.  Go to the product you wish to return or exchange and follow the prompts.  
- Holiday Returns are eligible until end of February
- Product must be in the same condition to receive refund amount 
- Submit a Return Request and our team will send you a shipping label to use. 
- Customer will pay for return shipping.  If it is an exchange - Campo will cover shipping back to you.  
- Please use the return label emailed to you and fold the products nicely and ship it back to us.

If you received Campo product as a gift you are eligible to return for a gift card or we are happy to help you exchange.  Just email us at info@campoalpaca.com.
