Returns & Exchanges

Can I make a return or exchange?

We want you to love your Campo gear and if it's not working for you that's alright - we want you to love your Campo gear.  

- Returns and exchanges are eligible within 30 days after purchase.  For orders purchased Nov 14-Dec 30 the return window is extended and returns will be accepted until Jan 31st (for the holidays)
- Product must be in the same condition to receive refund amount or exchange.

To generate a return or an exchange...

If you purchased online - follow this process:
1.  Visit your Customer Account Here + Login
2.  Go to the product you wish to return or exchange and follow the prompts.
3.  Submit a Return Request and our team will approve in 1-2 business days.  
4.  You will receive a shipping label via email once your return is approved.  Please fold and package your product up nicely and return it to us.  Our goal is to clean it and give it new life.  
4.  Shipping:
- Customer will pay a small shipping fee for return shipping if there is no issue with the product (i.e. we didn't make a mistake)
- If there is a quality issue or we messed up - we will cover shipping
- If it is an exchange - Campo will cover shipping of the new product to you!
- Gift - If you received Campo product as a gift you are eligible to return for a gift card or we are happy to help you exchange.  Just email us at info@campoalpaca.com

What if my product is defective, damaged, or incorrect?

Send us an email to info@campoalpaca.com with a photo of the incorrect or damaged item and we will be happy to find a solution.
