Can I make a return or exchange?

Absolutely!

We want you to love your Campo gear—and if it’s not working for you, that’s okay.

To begin a return or exchange, simply email us at info@campoalpaca.com and include:

  • Your name

  • Order number (if you have it)

  • What you’d like to do (return or exchange)

Someone from our team will get back to you within 2 business days. Please review the details below before reaching out.


Return Requirements

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase

  • Holiday extension: Orders purchased between Nov 14 – Dec 30 can be returned through Jan 31

  • Items must be in original condition to receive a refund or exchange


Is there a cost?

Just a small one—we’d love to do free everything, but we aren’t Amazon 😉

Shipping details:

  • If there’s no issue with the product, the customer covers return shipping

    • We’ll send you a prepaid return label, and the cost (typically around $8) will be deducted from your refund

  • If there’s a quality issue or we made a mistake, we’ll cover shipping

  • Exchanges: Campo covers shipping for the replacement item

Gift recipients are welcome to:

  • Exchange for another item, or

  • Receive a Campo gift card
