How do I care for my alpaca gear?
Alpaca fiber is a very durable material and if taken care of properly, will last a very long time.
We suggest you machine wash cold using a mild detergent and lay flat to dry.
For our red and white sweaters, we recommend dry cleaning for the first wash to ensure color fastness.
Avoid stretching or using heat on your products.

Can I cancel/change my order?
Once an order has been placed we unfortunately cannot change the shipping address or payment method.

Can I make a return or exchange?
We want you to love your Campo gear and if it's not working for you that's OK. To generate a return or an exchange visit your Customer Account Here + Login. Go to the product you wish to return or exchange and follow the prompts.
- Returns and exchanges are eligible within 30 days after purchase.
- Product must be in the same condition to receive refund amount or exchange.
- Submit a Return Request and our team will send you a shipping label to use.
- Customer will pay for return shipping if there is no issue with the product. If there is a quality issue or we messed up - we will cover shipping. If it is an exchange - Campo will cover shipping back to you.
- Please use the return label emailed to you and fold the products nicely and ship it back to us.
If you received Campo product as a gift you are eligible to return for a gift card or we are happy to help you exchange. Just email us at info@campoalpaca.com.
What if my product is defective, damaged, or incorrect?
Send us an email to info@campoalpaca.com with a photo of the incorrect or damaged item and we will be happy to find a solution.
How do I sign up for Campo Rewards?
Our rewards program is currently on hold, but we are working to get it back up and working as soon as we can.
