What's a pre-order and when will my order ship?  
We offer some items before they are actually in the USA (i.e. our partners in Peru are making them for you).  Currently ALL products are pre-order.  We recommend grabbing them now - as we have limited stock.  You will receive your products in October.  We will send you email updates.

What are the care instructions?
Alpaca is amazing material and if taken care of can last a very long time.

What size am I?

Can I cancel/change my order?
Once an order has been placed we cannot change the shipping address or payment method.  Send us an email to support@campoalpaca.com

What if I want to return or exchange?
Returns or exchanges are no problem 30 days or less from the date that you receive the product.  We only ask that you return the garment in the same condition that you receive it.  Return:  You will receive a refund of the cost of the product less the cost of shipping.  Exchange:  No problem, as long as we have the item in stock we will send it out to you right away.

What if my product is defective, damaged, or incorrect?
Send us an email to support@campoalpaca.com with a photo of the incorrect or damaged item and we will help you out.
