Monthly Company Update: July

Hello Everyone! Here's my Monthly Company Update for July.

For those of you new here — I'm Katie Lorenz, Founder and Owner of Campo Alpaca. Campo is a family-run fair trade business working in Peru with artisans and families. We create and bring to the USA super soft, sustainable clothing made from some of the best material in the world — alpaca!

Here's what's been going on:

• Wholesale is getting off to an amazing start!  We're up and running both on our website and Faire, and building great relationships with a wide variety of stores — boutiques, alpaca farms, and more.
• We seem to be on the other side of our yarn shortage challenges — though it did lead to some delays. New product launches will land in October, and we've got new Wisconsin, Chicago, Colorado, and Classico gear on the way.
• Restocks! Campo Anklets are back and live now, and some of our best-selling blankets are making a comeback too — we'll let you know the second they drop. Follow us on social media @Campo_Alpaca to be first in line.

This is a very exciting year — we've teamed up with a fellow Badger and startup founder, Mikey Savino, for guidance on the business and financials as well as expansion. He's bringing Campo Colorado to life. Check it out!

Also exciting: this is set to be our biggest year of growth to date! Between wholesale as a new channel and really getting to put time and energy behind our e-commerce, we're prepared to break some records.

Reviews, kind words of encouragement, purchases, telling people about us, or just sending a note to ask how to get involved — it helps so, so much.
